Shipping policy

Due to recent events regarding to Covid-19, returns processing for online orders may take longer.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Shipping Costs

International 

Items (except for items by “Iota Project” and “Knots Studio”) are shipped with DHL, express shipping and will be priced as follow:

  • 35 USD for orders up to 200 USD. 
  • For orders above 200 USD - express shipping with DHL is complimentary.  

Large items by “Iota Project” and “Knots Studio”:

Items are shipped with EMS, with a tracking number. shipping Cost: 75 USD.

Domestic Shipping (Israel)

All items are shipped with a door-to-door courier. 

  • 35 NIS for orders up to 60 USD. 

Please allow 3 business days for deliveries in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim and Bnei Brak. For shipping to other places in Israel please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to arrive. 

For prints by HWC and Cookie Moon please allow 5 business days for deliveries in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim and Bnei Brak. For shipping to other places in Israel please allow 10 business days for delivery to arrive. 

  • For order above 60  USD - shipping is complimentary. 

Shipping Time 

All orders are processed by us within [1] to [3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that international delivery times vary and delays in delivery may occur. The above mentioned are excluded from items that are made by a specific order. As specified, when purchasing the item, please allow up to 14 business days for your item to be produced by the designer. For items by Souf Alon please allow up to 21 business days for your item to be produced by the designer. For items by “Iota” please allow up to 90 business days for your item to be produced by the designer. 

Title to Items 

Purchases of items or products through www.handlewithcareshop.com are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these items or products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and we will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.

Import duties and taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and these charges must be paid by the customer. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the items, you will also be the importer of the record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the items are being imported. Please be aware that Items may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and we cannot guarantee that the packing of your Items will be free of signs of tampering. 

Wrong Address 

We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information.

Damages 

www.handlewithcareshop.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@handlewithcareshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Items by “Knots” & “Iota” may take up to 3 weeks from shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your order by “Knots Studio” or “Iota Project” within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@handlewithcareshop.com.

 

 

 

Refund policy


Returns and Exchanges Policy


Due to recent events regarding to Covid-19, returns processing for online orders may take longer.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.


Overview

purchasers of an item through the Company and/or on this website www.handlewithcareshop.com may cancel the transaction in accordance with the All provisions in the Israeli Consumer Protection Act, 1981 (hereinafter: "The Consumer Protection Act" or "Law").


Returns  

Our policy lasts 14 days from the day the product has arrived at the customer. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 


Refund shall only be provided if the item cost is over 50 ILS. The refund on the returned item shall not be paid in full and the customer will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the product cost or 100 ILS - whichever is lower.


If the transaction has been paid by credit card, the customer will pay an additional fee of 2% of the product price for fees paid to the credit companies.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including without limitation, all wearable textile items such as scarves or face masks for example cannot be returned.


Please note that some of the items manufactured by the Company are tailor-made according to our customers' special requirements, and therefore, as stated in Section 4c (d) of the Law, a transaction for goods manufactured according to the customer's special dimensions or requirements cannot be canceled.



Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email in order to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received your refund please contact us at info@handlewithcareshop.com


Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@handlewithcareshop.com with a photo of the item’s condition and please note to contact us prior to sending your item. 


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you. 


Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We process all orders in USD. While your cart is currently displayed in your chosen currency, checkout will be in USD at the most current exchange rate.
