HWC Giving Back - All proceeds from Kuchinate products sold on Handle With Care of go to the NGO to support their important work. Kuchinate (crochet in Tigrinya) is a collective of African asylum seeking women living in Tel Aviv, Israel. The women design and create handmade textile products using traditional african fabrics. They also host crochet lessons, meals, and traditional Ethiopian and Eritrean coffee ceremonies.
Double-layered. The outer layer is made of traditional African fabric and the inner layer ofis white breathable cotton. Comfortable to wear and are washable by hand or machine. Unisex.
